EcoPeaCo Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the EcoPeaCo Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Throughout this Agreement, "EcoPeaCo," "we," "our," and "us" refer to EcoPeaCo. "Affiliate," "you," and "your" refer to the individual or organization participating in the Program.

Program Purpose

The EcoPeaCo Affiliate Program is designed to reward partners who introduce new customers to our brand through original content, authentic recommendations, education, reviews, and other value-added promotional efforts.

We are looking for partners who help consumers discover EcoPeaCo—not partners whose primary purpose is to intercept customers who have already decided to purchase.

Affiliates are expected to use transparent, ethical marketing practices that create genuine value for consumers and strengthen the EcoPeaCo brand.

Acceptance into the Program

Acceptance into the EcoPeaCo Affiliate Program is at EcoPeaCo's sole discretion. We carefully review each application and reserve the right to approve or decline any applicant for any reason.

We prioritize affiliates who create original content, educate consumers, build trust with their audience, and authentically introduce new customers to EcoPeaCo.

Participation in the Program does not create an exclusive relationship and may be suspended or terminated at any time in accordance with these Terms.

Commission Structure

Commission is paid on a customer's first completed purchase only.

Subscription renewals, recurring subscription orders, automatic replenishment orders, and future purchases by the same customer are not commissionable, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Commissions are earned only on completed, non-fraudulent transactions that comply with these Terms.

Attribution Model: Last Click

Referral Window: 30 Days

Conversion Locking: 30 Days

Payment Schedule: Approved commissions are paid out on a Monthly basis. The first week of each month. 

EcoPeaCo reserves the right to reverse commissions for cancelled orders, refunded orders, duplicate transactions, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.

Approved Promotional Methods

We welcome affiliates who promote EcoPeaCo through meaningful, value-added content, including:

Blogs and editorial content

Product reviews

Parenting websites

Social media content

YouTube videos

Podcasts

Email newsletters sent to an owned audience

Educational or comparison content

Influencer partnerships

Media and publisher websites

Affiliates should create content that helps consumers discover, understand, and evaluate EcoPeaCo products.

Prohibited Promotional Methods

The following promotional methods are prohibited unless EcoPeaCo has provided prior written approval.

Attribution Interception

Affiliates may not use methods primarily intended to capture affiliate credit from customers who have already decided to purchase EcoPeaCo products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Browser extensions

Shopping assistants

Coupon reminder software

Toolbars

Pop-ups or pop-unders

Forced redirects

Click injection

Link injection

Cookie stuffing

Auto-clicking software

Any technology that automatically inserts affiliate links or modifies attribution.

Coupon & Deal Promotion

Affiliates may not:

Promote unauthorized coupon codes.

Publish expired or misleading offers.

Scrape or copy coupon offers from other websites.

Operate coupon or deal websites whose primary purpose is capturing affiliate commissions without providing meaningful editorial content.

Coupon and deal partners require prior written approval.

Cashback & Loyalty Programs

Cashback, rebate, loyalty, rewards, points, and incentive-based programs require prior written approval before promoting EcoPeaCo.

Paid Search

Affiliates may not bid on, purchase, or otherwise use EcoPeaCo trademarks or confusingly similar variations in paid advertising.

This includes, but is not limited to:

EcoPeaCo

Eco Pea Co

EcoPeaCo.com

Misspellings

Trademark variations

Brand + generic keyword combinations

Affiliates may not use EcoPeaCo trademarks in:

Google Ads

Microsoft Ads

Meta Ads

Display advertising

Ad copy

Display URLs

Landing pages

or any method intended to circumvent this policy.

Paid Social Advertising

Paid advertising promoting EcoPeaCo through Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or other social advertising platforms requires prior written approval.

Misrepresentation

Affiliates may not:

Make false or misleading product claims.

Misrepresent EcoPeaCo policies or promotions.

Imply they are EcoPeaCo or an official representative of EcoPeaCo.

Present websites, social accounts, or applications that are likely to confuse consumers into believing they are operated by EcoPeaCo.

Website & Content Standards

EcoPeaCo reserves the right to reject or terminate affiliates whose websites or content:

Promote sexually explicit material

Promote violence

Promote illegal activity

Promote discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, age, or sexual orientation

Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property

Contain deceptive or misleading content

Damage, or may reasonably be expected to damage, the EcoPeaCo brand

Affiliates may not register or operate domains, websites, social media accounts, applications, or other digital properties that include EcoPeaCo trademarks or are likely to create confusion with the EcoPeaCo brand.

Traffic Source Transparency & Program Compliance

Transparency is a fundamental requirement of participation in the EcoPeaCo Affiliate Program.

Affiliates must accurately disclose the primary methods, channels, and properties they use to promote EcoPeaCo during the application process and whenever reasonably requested by EcoPeaCo.

This may include, but is not limited to:

Websites or blogs

Social media accounts

YouTube channels or podcasts

Email newsletters

Paid advertising methods (where approved)

Mobile applications or browser extensions

Coupon, loyalty, or cashback platforms

Any technology or third-party service used to generate, influence, or attribute affiliate traffic

EcoPeaCo reserves the right to review an affiliate's promotional methods, websites, social media accounts, advertising campaigns, referral data, and traffic sources at any time.

Affiliates must respond promptly to reasonable requests for information regarding how they generate traffic, referrals, and commissions.

Failure to provide sufficient information, failure to respond, or providing false or misleading information may result in commissions being withheld pending review, reversal of commissions, suspension, or termination from the Program.

Participation in the EcoPeaCo Affiliate Program is intended for affiliates who operate transparently and provide genuine marketing value. Affiliates who are unwilling or unable to demonstrate how they generate referrals may be removed from the Program at EcoPeaCo's sole discretion.

Accurate Account Information & Promotional Properties

Affiliates must provide accurate and truthful information when applying to and participating in the Program, including their identity, websites, social media accounts, promotional properties, audiences, and traffic sources.

Websites, social media accounts, and other promotional properties submitted as part of an application must be legitimate, active, and established properties that contain meaningful original content and demonstrate genuine audience or marketing activity. EcoPeaCo reserves the right to reject websites or properties that appear to have been created primarily for affiliate program approval, contain limited or low-quality content, lack meaningful audience engagement, or otherwise do not meet EcoPeaCo's standards for reputable promotional partners.

Affiliates must own, operate, or have documented authorization to use any website, social media account, audience, or promotional property they identify as part of their application or use to promote EcoPeaCo.

Providing false or misleading information, claiming ownership or control of a promotional property the affiliate does not own or control, or submitting artificial, misleading, inactive, or non-genuine promotional properties may result in rejection of an application, withholding or reversal of commissions, suspension, or immediate termination from the Program.

EcoPeaCo may request reasonable documentation or other evidence necessary to verify an affiliate's identity, ownership or control of promotional properties, audience, and traffic sources at any time.

Commission Reversals

EcoPeaCo reserves the right to deny or reverse commissions if we determine that:

The affiliate violated these Terms.

The transaction was fraudulent.

The order was cancelled or refunded.

The affiliate used prohibited promotional methods.

The affiliate did not materially contribute to the customer's discovery of or decision to purchase EcoPeaCo products.

The affiliate was unable or unwilling to demonstrate that they added meaningful marketing value to the transaction.

The transaction resulted primarily from attribution interception, unauthorized promotional methods, or other practices that do not add meaningful value to customer acquisition.

Right to Review & Enforcement

EcoPeaCo reserves the right to review affiliate websites, social media accounts, promotional methods, advertising campaigns, referral data, traffic sources, and marketing practices at any time to ensure compliance with these Terms.

We may request modifications to promotional methods or additional information regarding traffic sources.

Failure to comply may result in:

Withholding commissions pending review

Reversal of commissions

Suspension from the Program

Immediate termination of the affiliate relationship

Participation in the EcoPeaCo Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

EcoPeaCo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
