This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an ambassador in Eco Pea Co.’s Ambassador Program. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow HTML and URL linking between your web site and the Eco Pea Co. web site.

Please note that throughout this Agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Eco Pea Co., and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the ambassador.

•Conversion Locking: Conversions are locked 1 month after they are tracked

•Payout Scheduling: Approved transactions are paid on the 15th and the 1st of each month after the conversion is locked

•Credit Policy:  Last Click

•Referral Window: Allow referrals from clicks within 30 day(s)

•Reversal Policy: Reversal of ambassador advertising conversions are decided by us, with a max reversal percentage of 100%

Promotion Restrictions By joining our ambassador website, any promotion that mentions Eco Pea Co. naturally could be perceived by the public or press to be a joint effort. Due to this, there are certain guidelines and restrictions that must be followed when creating marketing links and promotions to Eco Pea Co..

We may cancel your application if we determine that your website is unsuitable for our program, including if:

1) It promotes sexually explicit content

2) It promotes violence

3) Promotes illegal activities

4) Promotes discrimination based on race, religion, sex, nationality, disability, age, or sexual orientation

5) Includes Eco Pea Co. or any variations or spellings in its name or domain name.

6) Includes any material which infringes on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property

7) Your site is built in a manner that resembles Eco Pea Co. or leads customers to believe you are Eco Pea Co. or any other ambassador company.

8) Ambassadors that use, among other keywords or exclusively, keywords such as “Eco Pea Co.”, “EcoPeaCo.com”, and/or any other variations or misspellings and do not direct the traffic from such campaigns to their own website before redirecting to Eco Pea Co. will be considered trademark violators and will be banned from the Eco Pea Co. Ambassador Program. Eco Pea Co. reserves the right, at any time, to review your placement and approve the use of your links and require that you change the use or placement in order to comply with the terms and guidelines provided to you.

9) Brand Bidding & Paid Search Restriction: Ambassadors are strictly prohibited from bidding on, purchasing, or otherwise using Eco Pea Co.’s brand name, trademarks, domain name, or any variations, misspellings, or confusingly similar terms in any paid search, pay-per-click (PPC), or keyword-based advertising, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, Facebook Ads, or any other advertising platform. This restriction includes the use of these terms in ad copy, display URLs, or through any method designed to circumvent this policy. Any violation of this provision constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination from the Ambassador Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
